Small & Intentional

Be small and intentional; it’s more meaningful.

I used to think that in order to have a large impact for Christ, that I had to be on a stage. I thought I had to make myself famous and important. As I’ve matured, I’ve realize that nothing could be further from the truth.

The people who’ve had the greatest impact in my life did it in very ordinary places in small and ordinary ways. I watched them struggle with hard things. I watched them endure the monotonous hardship of every day life. And I watched them make time to love me and others in the midst of their struggles.

Faithfulness is small and intentional, and I dare say that even in big places, it is more meaningful.
