Deep Breathing

You need to breath. It’s literally biblical. See Genesis 1 and Ezekiel 37.

I would like to do this daily but usually don’t. Most times I don’t even make it past the second round and I usually have to pause to cough and spit up phlegm in between sets. Do NOT do this in a bathtub or pool in case you get overstimulated and pass out.

If you feel lightheaded, slow down and rest. You’ll get better as you do it regularly. Sometimes I feel tingly and that’s when I know I need more magnesium.

One of the things he mentions in the demonstration video is “Getting high off your own supply.” By this he is referencing the endorphins released by deep breathing. The Bible talks a lot about not allowing ourselves to go into a state where we do not have self control (i.e. getting drunk) and I apply all of those verses to this as well. If you feel yourself getting too stimulated, take a break. You’ll get stronger with regular practice.
