I do this warm up stretch regularly. I appreciate that there is no speaking and no “namaste” at the end of the video. Mady Morrison has an entire playlist of music only videos that she adds to regularly.

On the therapy side of things, I recommend Feldenkrais with Taro Iwamoto. He has videos to help you relearn your muscle patterns and proper posture, especially if you have scoliosis.

My new favorite kind of therapy is Somatic Therapy with Dr Aimee Apigian. Somatic Therapy is all about helping your body know that it’s safe so it can let go of trauma. If that interests you, I recommend signing up for her email list and attending her zoom sessions where she walks you through some of the techniques she teaches in her larger, paid seminars.
